A participação das pedras is an action designed for the stage or unconventional spaces that invites handling and spontaneous interaction with artistic stone objects.

It is built using simple interactive devices and explores the close relationship between minerals and new media to reformulate the classic — canonical — experience of a spectator facing a work of art, which traditionally involves lifting one’s gaze and maintaining a distance, no matter how close the artwork may seem. Is a collective exercise on the "exhibition value" of artistic objects, sculpture, and the material that travels through time — stone.

The audience will move freely through the space, where around 50 sculptures of varying dimensions will be arranged. Seven tables will be set up with additional pieces.
Sound and video will be developed through live capture in the space, with slight adjustments to the presented plans depending on the room's acoustic and lighting conditions.
